Server Help Permanent World holes. "Tekkit lite"

Lately i started up my own server of tekkit lite. its been a week now and out of no where i get a server error saying a boomerang is x=600 y=50 and the z=-330. now i tried to find it but i found a permanent world hole which shows for everyone on the server. I just found out that only my one friend could see it since he first got on but no one else could until now. The issue isn't the boomerang but what the World holes caused. *Since once it became night and i went over to the hole to take a look billions of endermen, spider and 3 creepers spawned non-stop from the world hole, and now the servers breaking from mobs in the same location as the boomerang. now i fixed it by putting it on peaceful. BUT i need to get rid of the world holes can someone help?? also im using 0.5.3 of tekkit lite

You might want to check that as the latest is 0.5.2

As for fixing the holes...unless you want to perform world surgery to cut out that area your only option AFAIK is to delete and start over

my mistake i am using 0.5.2. But i used MC edit and i got 1 world hole gone but theirs still 1 left. Any help would be appreciated.
