Technic Launcher downloads custom modpacks very slowly

Description of Problem:

I uploaded a custom modpack zip to my Public Dropbox folder, and everyone can access and download it just fine when they try to download it with their browser.

However, the download goes VERY, VERY slowly when I make my friends download the pack using the launcher. As in, it takes 1 minute for every percent.

This happens on all PC's.

Interesting. I can only theorise and say Dropbox is at fault here, for some inexplicable reason.

How much traffic do you get on your server? Maybe a fair amount of people are trying to download or leech it.
