2.0 server wont start

I get some error It says 'aliasing material' and then list the items. but at 51 it says java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: net/minecraft/server/TileEntityMobSpawner : it thens goes on with some crap about classloaders and such....

Excuse the profanities.. im a little annoyed and would love to know what ive done wrong.... thanks

Im having the same issue, and before i drop this into Terra Novo, i was planning on testing it on a temp server, however, this is the WRONG place for this post, you would have done better in the Bugs Forum.

My first post on the forums, yay I had the same issue, but I saw in another thread, that updating Java to version 7 might fix it, and it did for me. You have to look a little extra to find the version 7 it seems, sine its only at a beta/developers stage.
