tekkit without a login? please help

i have a friend who doesnt have a minecraft account, and he plays minecraft with me when he comes over and i wanted to set up a tekkit classic server for me and him to play, is there a way to set one up for me and him?

if someone could tell me a way to set him up to play it with all the tekkit classic mods, and if someone could put a rar file on to make a tekkit classic server, then it would be perfect. thanks!

There is a way to set one up and allow him to play on the server. Have him buy a minecraft account.
