Saving Chunks

I read everything in the 2 Sticky topics,nothing helped so i need help with:

When i upgraded from 1.1 to 1.2.3 in the launcher,converted the world normal.no errors or anything,player 2 hours,then today when i want to play it loads and instantly goes to "saving Chunks" :(

1.2.3 is the dev build, it is not ready yet or it would be the rec build. Also this is the forum for the launcher, that sounds like a Technic problem, might have better luck posting in that section.

It seems like it is a problem with launcher,i tried to go back to the Rec build and it didn't allow me ...
