Need help making custom modpack!

I really want to make a custom mod pack, but I don't understand the video! Can anyone tell me a simplified/easier to understand way?

Nope, not really.

However, to put the video in text form:

1: Make folder with 4 folders in it: config, coremods, mods, and bin.

2: Make a zip file titled modpack.jar in bin, and install Minecraft Forge to it.

3: Put mods, in mods, coremods in coremods, etc.

4: Zip the folders.

5: Upload to a file hosting site such as dropbox.

Rename the forge zip to ModPack.jar. Even simpler.

also, one last thing, how do i get it as a custom mod pack on the launcher, you only told me how to make one not put it one (but i have it made)

i watched the video, and it dosnt say how to put my modpack under the "custom mod pack" thing! NEED HELP PLEASE
