I wouldn't quite say that 90% of EE is removed...but alot is, to prevent OP PvPing etc, Item duplication and extreme griefing (*cough*DestructionCatalyst*cough*) We welcome you however, to our server!

If it is correct, the server may have been switched off temporarally, or your internet might have convieniently died. In any case, I find that restarting Tekkit can fix this if none of the above scenarios exist. :)
