Client SMP crash after 0.5.6 update

So i have been having troubles after i placed two ic2 machines in creative while i was on 0.5.6. I was in creative mode and i middlemouse click copied my singularity extractor and my induction furnace. Right after i placed them i crashed.

The ones i copied was placed while i was on 0.5.4.

I have been trying to remove them in MCEdit but i am still crashing. I have also tried to revert to 0.5.4 but i am still crashing as i load the chunks of the area where i placed the two machines, even if they do not exist in the map anymore.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

That looks like a bug with Advanced Machines. Supposedly he fixed it with the newest version of advanced machines
