kingknapp Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 Here is a nuclear reactor that outputs 4360 Eu/tick, which is way more than a hv array. http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/v3/reactorplanner.html?21p7i4slpmsfua3lgf2oji7lelkf1gh6h26h1o4cqngw5it4rr0wkeu26e47a4hkquio6n0ugjjho8w Quote

nightdemonic Posted June 1, 2014 Posted June 1, 2014 (edited) I think what he meant was that there's no way to store the full 2kEU that you can produce, unless I'm missing something. No storage device will accept more than 512 and using an HV transformer steps whatever you were producing down to that level (unless something was changed in IC2). The thing is that on a nuclear reactor you can add multiple HV transformers to them, and doing that will allow you to harness the full power of your reactor. I know that i over do it but I have 8 breeders running over 400 EU/t and 8 main reactors putting out over 4000 eu/t. Most of my power is going into mass fabs but what's left is lead strait into MFSUs and redefine power cells through a tesseract. Edited June 1, 2014 by nightdemonic Quote
