Launcher doesn't update to the correct version of all the Modpacks(current version)

Launcher Version: 3.1.2

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-Bit Java)

Java Version: Version 7 Update 13

Antivirus Program: McAfee

Description of Problem:

When i try to update tekkit or another modpack, it doesn't update it. I've heard that the latest version of tekkit is 1.4.5 or 1.4.6 but tekkkit stays at Version 1.2.5. Why does it not update my modpack to the latest version and why is it 1.2.5.

Switch to using Tekkit Lite instead of Tekkit Classic.
