Is there a way to search a server for a block?

I need to search my server for a certain block, a dimensional anchor to be exact. I cannot find it in game so I need some other way. Is there some way to do this with MCEdit or worldedit perhaps? Thanks in advanced.

look for dimensional-anchors.log on ur computer

That log is usually full of rubbish and just grows without having any actual information in it. Hotel, are you looking for it to remove it? or just to find it?
