Luminators not working at all

[Hummuna]

I am running the most update tekkit lite server and I whenever I place a luminator the it floats mid air regardless how I place it. If two are placed besides each other the both disappear.

I have tried Googling this and only found one other tgat reported this bug but no one responded

It's a known IndustrialCraft bug.
