Tekkit Lite Skyblock

I have yet to find a forge compatible skyblock mod, does anybody know if anyone is working on this? If not Are any of you fantastic modders out there up for it?

What do you mean when you say Skyblock? AFAIK, that was just a map that was suspended above the void... No mods needed. Unless you are thinking of FTB which is basically a modpack designed for a very specific progression on a specific map.

You could generate a void world with mystcraft. That'd be pretty close to old school skyblock.

What I was thinking about was something along the lines of the skyblock SMP or Island World SMP both plugins for bukkit servers.
