Its fine. Edit your post to say delete and edit the title to say delete. A mod will come along and erase it. No harm done.

The place you're looking for is either one of the server sections for an actual server post (in which you can advertise for admin/builders) or the Small Scale Recruitment thread in the appropriate discussion section, if you don't have a server post ready.
