need help instaling mods to tekkit lite

i like to install 3 mods Ropes+ thirst mod and smart moving mod

i dont understnd how to use custom zip or if i need it iam more interested in the

client verson of the mods seen i dont play on multiplayer can inyone help me out

You install mods the same way you'd install them for regular Minecraft, but anything which goes into minecraft.jar (Stuff like Player API) now has to go into modpack.jar.

i notice that some mod like minecraft froge has META-INF file in it and uslaly u always have to get ride of it the owners of mods like that dont tell u if u should remove it or not but i think u still do thinks for the help i try it out
