Title: Combustion Engines Stop but Won't Start

OS: Windows 7, Home Premium, 64-bit

Java Version: 7, Update 13, 64-bit.

Description of Problem:

I can start an engine the first time, but if I turn it off for any reason, I have to destroy and replace it in order to start it again. I have no idea why.

... odd. That just changes the question to 'why does it take two minutes to restart them?'

They don't start again until they cool down a bit. They get heat as they work, and it takes time for the heat to go down to a certain level, where it'll start again.

So they need to be completely cool to start? That explains it.
