No Fall damage bug.....

just to let everyone know that in the latest build 0.5.9 i just fell down my fully finished quarry shaft and lived...... just wanted to get this out there

Could you provide more details on how to reproduce this bug? For example, did you have quantum boots on, or were you in creative mode?

This appears to be just another passing anecdote of this occuring through no intended feature.

I think there's a couple reports about it in the proper forum section.

At the time i was wearing iron boots that were almost broken but they didnt take damage...

I can confirm this, as my modpack contains tekkit lite, essentially, and it has happened to me as well.
