Repo with custom modpack

Iv been trying to do this for atleast an hour and i just can't get TechnicSolder working after it says to use this

script: "php artisan migrate:install"

script: "php artisan migrate"

so i was wondering if there's any other way also im running xampp so i use my website to host the files.

if anyone could help that would be great but if you could help with TechnicSolder for xampp then that would be great too :)

You will need to add the php.exe from the xampp install to your PATH. Look it up :v:

Im have fixed it all now just having a problem with the /cache/update i don't know how to do it
