I need help, I can't craft the adjustable electric engine.

Hi I've been playing on my minecraft tekkit lite server for a while, and I was trying to craft the adjustable electric engine, I got all the materials, but when I put them on the crafting table I couldn't craft the engine, it simply didn't appear, I tried charging the lapotron crystals, going to single player, and it still didn't work, can anybody help me with this please?

What version are you using? Did you double check your ingredients agasint nei to ensure that each and every one was exactly what you thought it was? Can you spawn an engine? Can you spawn the components and put it together that way?

Are you playing on a server that has them disabled due to infinite power bug?
