dylan53 Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 i created my modpack and i removed it and tested to see if it loads forge and mods and it doesnt i would love some help my modpack doesnt have the modpack.jar thing i put forge into the minecraft.jar file if you could tell me what im doing wron i would thank you

Or at least, I would assume that, given the amount of information you provided. it ~is~ possible that the ducks have gotten into his modpack.jar and are eating all the mods' food so the mods don't have enough energy to activate? this is all just speculation though.
zergdog Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 all files that need to be loaded into minecraft.jar should go into modpack.jar in the /bin/ folder
dylan53 Posted March 12, 2013 Author Posted March 12, 2013 right i created my modpack.jar put all my forge for my minecraft 1.4.6 i got the mods i had before and the core mods then i got the bin folder, mods, coremods and config folder and made a .zip file then i put the folders in it hosted it on dropbox put the modpack .zip url into were it says to then i got rid of my pack off my computer and tested it and still wont work just come as normal minecraft forge wont be downloaded or the mods and coremods plese help me

jonasty Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 i had the same problem i had compressed the whole pack foder so it looks like: desktop/modpack.zip/modpack/files but it must look like: desktop/modpack.zip/files
