Anyone know the guy who does Towny he should add in some features for town assistants.

1. /town assistant money (name) off/on

-assistants can't claim plots for the town /town claim and can't withdraw cash when off.

2. /town assitant townrules (name) off/on

-assitant follows same rules as resdidents when on.

3. /town assitant plotcamands (name) off/on

-assitant can't put plots up for sale when off.

4. /town assitant resident (name) off/on.

-assitant can't kick or add players to town when off.

For the mayor only

1. /plot lock or /plot unlock

-The ability to lock unclaimed plots so they can't be put up for sale or be changed even by assistants.

2./town mayor income (amount)

-the amount of cash the mayor makes per pay period

Is there even a plugin requisition sub forum? Maybe one should be added. There is a mod requisition sub forum. Why not one for plugins?

Requests covers bukkit plugins as well as mods.

But this doesn't qualify for there because this is a case of the OP being too lazy to track down the plugin author and make the suggestions himself.
