Any way to use the old custom zip option?

So now Technicpack.net is down, is there any way to use the system the old launcher used for custom modpacks? I have a link to a custom zip suitable for a Technic Launcher 1 installation, but is there any way to give it to my players? The platform URL is invalid if I paste it into "Add new modpack".
