I'm wondering about this:

It's a reactor design I made when playing with the new reactor stuff, I'm wondering what EB means, and does SUC mean I have to refill it when the cycle is complete, or constantly during the cycle?

EDIT: The two reactor platings in the center are supposed to be LZH-Condensators.

I modified your design a little. Far more output and just a little more strain on cooling. I did replace the plates with LZH-condensators, the output grows substantually from replacing them with thick neutron reflectors! Here:
