[New to tekkit] keep help with client!

So i have experience with Bukkit but i also want to run a tekkit server, i host it no problem, but when i try and login to my server the server is out of date? wtf? i downloaded everything form tekkit site, help?? ):

Need more info:

• Which launcher are you using? (do you have the latest download?)
  
• Which modpack are you using? Which version of that modpack?
  
• Which version of the server are you using? Which flavor (TekkitLite, TekkitClassic, Voltz, etc.)
  

Probably more questions after those are answered. Providing detailed information when you are asking for help definitely speeds the process.
