Machine Loading Issues?

I'm not sure im in the right place to be posting this, but i am having problems with materials being transported into machines, i have made a back pipe so my materials dont end up on the floor if the machine has a different type of block in it but it seems most of them take that second route instead of going into my machines, i was wondering if anyone has an idea or perhaps a better setup that i am unable to figure out, i will attach some pictures to give you a better understanding with what im dealing with.

Your setup is fine but you need to use an Insertion Transport Pipe, directly above the macerator and furnace.
