Description of Problem:

Ever since the new NetherOres update on Tekkit Lite version 0.6.0+, there has been a MinY and MaxY setting now. In both the server and local client Tekkit Lite downloads / installs, the NetherOres config is set up incorrectly where ores will only spawn at a Y coordinate of 128, the top of the Nether. Config file entry in the error log section.
