TechnicLauncher.exe being removed and temp.exe being made?

So the issue that I have been noticing is that when I start TechnicLauncher.exe from a shortcut it does start, but makes a temp.exe before I launch tekkit lite. After launch it removes TechnicLauncher.exe from its directory and I cannot start the launcher with the temp.exe file that is leftover.

Anyone else having this weird occurrence or is it just me?

I am running windows 7 pro and have full rights and permissions on the folders involved.

Where is your TechnicLauncher.exe located, mine is nowhere near .technic and temp.exe is being created as it should but is not affecting the launcher
