Admin on own server?

Hi

So, basically, I'm new to this whole server thingies. I've managed to set up my own server and run it, but I can't get permission to do admin stuff like; change wather, time, game mode, and so on.

How do I do this? I've downloaded a bunch of plugins like Admincmd. But still no go.

type in console op <yourname>

Or if you do not have console access then shutdown the server and enter your name into the ops.txt file

Start the server
