Ruby Handsaw Glitch

I don"t know if anyone else is getting this glitch but whenever i use a ruby handsaw to cut stone it makes the ruby handsaw disappear first cut it makes and I'm pretty sure thats not supposed to happen for is more durable than that but it just keeps disappearing. Anyone have any solutions?

It is probably because you use it in an automatic crafting table... Use another one instead, like the Project table.
