Custom Modpack Creation

Recently I updated my technic launcher (by that I mean the actual launcher)

after updating I noticed there are no longer any custom modpack slots

my question is how do I now use the technic laucher to create custom modpacks without using the tekkit create a modpack site page because I don't want my pack to be visible

sorry if this has been asked before I did look a bit before posting

and sorry if it's in the wrong section but I thought it was right at the time

Sorry if that's not a good description really what I want is for the modpack only to be accessible by me and a friend who i was going to email it to

You can upload it to the Technicpack.net but not input a URL (Or hide it)
