Hello,

I've recently tried to build hydrogen generators. Problem is, they use up more power than I manage to get from one.

Is it supposed to be like this, or am I doing something wrong?

you need two: one for powering the 2 pumps and the 2 separators, and one as the putput(mine uses 4 gens, two for output and 2 for the pumps and seps; it has 25 KW output at 240 volts)

Screenshots: First is from the beginning. I set up 669KJ of power into the battery box to power up the thing for starters. Second is when I try to get it running. Eventually the pump will stop, the electrolytic separator is charged (no water, though) and the battery box is empty.

I do know that often-times in the past with voltz I have run into trouble with machines that require a kickstart eating the maximum amount of power constantly weather they need it or not. Try cutting the link between the output and input of power and using batteries to move energy manually.
