Build help with server...

When I deop on my server no one can build but when I op everyone can build help plz? Also plugins I have Modify World, PermissionsEx, Worldguard, Worldedit, iConomy, ChestShop, and Essentials any help here guys? I really want my member's to be able to build without being op...

go to your essentials config and go to the EssentialsAntiBuild section close to the bottom of the page.

there's this section
