Help with my server

I need help with my Voltz Server. How do I update it to 1.1.4? I google it but nothing comes up.

When I try to update the mods in the mods folder in the server folder thing, it crashes. help. Also if this isn't where it should be, plz say. I'm new.

@Pieman862411 go to this link: https://github.com/TechnicPack/Technic/tree/master/servers/voltz then scroll to the bottom and download that last server zip for 1.1.4.
