How to Add Electric Engines to Tekkit-Lite

I recently ran out of fuel to run my combustion engine, and I have a ton of solar panels left over. I remember in some previous version of either tekkit or technic, there was an engine that runs on EU and converts it to M/j. Can someone teach how to install it into the lastest tekkit lite

Electric engines aren't necessary, just use PowerConverters to convert between EU and MJ.
