How to install Optifine?

How do i install optifine onto Tekkit??

Read and learn. If I'm not mistaken it should be the build for MC 1.5.1

Honestly though I believe Optifine is included with Tekkit. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I know it was in the older versions.

I read that it wasn't - something about Optifine not allowing anyone to use it in modpacks. I'm only going off of what I read elsewhere though...
