Cannot find crude oil!

I have been looking for crude oil for a long long time... I looked underground and above ground... I cannot find oil of any kind... Where is the oil? I am almost done going to the moon and I have everything... BUT NOT THE FUEL!!!

Use the oil that spawns on the surface.

Oil that spawns on the surface? So it doesn't have to be crude oil? Even so... I can't find normal oil... Maybe I'll look further instead of deeper...

Yes, refined fuel from buildcraft oils spouts is what you need.
