I do not know what this is, if it is an error logging out, restarting, or cleaning my computer wont fix it, if its a new thing thats fine, but it is just ugly and it hurts my eyes looking at it for too long.

hit f7 I think it is. press that a couple of times until both it and the white grids go away.

It might also be F9, I can't remember super clearly right now
