Not sure if bug or what - Oil related

Hi, i've just started playing tekkit with my cousin and in the version prior to the actual one (dont know how to check what version is, sorry) I had a fully working pump filling my oil tank.

It was something like this: Pump ; Wooden Waterproof Pipe ; Stone Waterproof Pipe ; Phased Waterproof Pipe ; Stone Waterproof Pipe ; Tank .

Now, for some reason the oil can't join by the phased pipe and wen i link it directly to the tank, doesn't seem to enter, just flows back and forth.

Can any one please give me a hand on this ?

By the way, already tried to destroy both Phased Waterproof Pipes and changed the frequency and still nothing ...
