sethome or spawn?

i just moved to Big dig and have maked my owne server so we can play.

but i cant find a plugin so i can use /home or /spawn.

im using the normal server downloaded from http://www.technicpack.net/big-dig.

any help please so we dont have to run so much :)

is that only for bukkit server? its looks like its not a bukkit server the big dig is running from :)
