Redstone Energy Cell recipe not working. Server misconfiguration?

Hello everybody

We aren't able to craft a Redstone energy Cell on my buddies server.

I searched around and didn't see any bug reports about this.

I think maybe we have the server missconfigured some how.

We are playing the new tekkit version 1.0.6

The item itself works just fine.

I will be happy to report a bug if someone else can confirm that this is happening on there setup as well.

Are you crafting using an ME crafting computer? I've noticed I can't craft them with that, but I can craft them by hand.

I can also not craft via the Me terminal Crafting Computer. I can also craft by hand, check what coil you are using as I have seen several people using the reception coil instead of the conductance coil.
