Flans mod

Hi,

I am trying to instal flans mod to my server but i cant get it to work. Im using fragnet but their support is not really helping me. Can anyone help me?

Put the mod in to the mods folder, then create a folder called Flan in the root directory and put your content packs in there

Yes i know, i've tried that already and it does not work. Does it make a difference if im using a mac?
