I am looking for a easy to use host

I want to run the new tekkit with extra plugins (I will not be using mystcraft)

I would like a site I pay every month but not auto renew so I have the choice to cancel at anytime

I would only want between 10 and 20 people on the server,

Focusing on getting no lag

I Don't really have much to spend looking at about £15 or around $22 not sure on the conversion.

i used to use redstone host very good ticket response times and not overly expensive for what you want maybe 20 us a month
