How are these allocated/protected against stealing from?

I was just wondering with Ender Chests, Wireless Redstone and Buildcraft Teleport Pipes how the colour codes and frequencies work. For example, if I set up a wireless redstone transmitter with frequency 2 will it set off a friend's wireless redstone receiver on frequency 2? Same with the Teleport Pipes and with Ender chests, eg if I set up a blue-green-green and my friend also has a blue-green-green will they be the same chest?

Not sure about redstone transmitters, but enderchests with identical color codes will be connected no matter who placed them.

Does anyone know about wireless redstone or teleport pipes?

As I side note, I do know that the Alchemy Bag is not shared between players.

Teleport pipes are individual to the player. Two players cannot mix frequencies.
