Don't Know How To Allocate RAM in New Launcher

After getting a RAM upgrade done to my computer so I can play video games (especially tekkit) I can no longer find the option to allocate more RAM in the launcher. So, with the new launcher how do I allocate RAM?

Click the Big Gear in the top right

Choose your RAM from the drop down
