I shut down my small server today after I finished an energy cell setup. Before I shut it down everything was working correctly (charge, discharge, etc.). I have an array of engines hooked up to conductive pipes that funnel MJ's into the cell. Then one line of conductive pipe goes out of the cell to power all of my TE machines. When I rebooted the server later I found that my energy cell no longer discharges (it still charges). However, if I spawn in a new cell and replace the bugged one the new one will discharge properly. I have tried putting the energy cell directly adjacent to a machine and removing and re placing the bugged cell, but no dice, it still won't discharge. I have it ignore redstone signal. Any idea what causes this or how to fix it?

UPDATE:

I had to break and re-place the entire line of conductive pipes leading to my machines to get it to work again. Don't understand why.

This is a well known bug with 1.0.6. Conductive pipes don't function properly; your options are either get used to replacing them every time you start the server, or switch to redstone energy conduits.
