pressing R to open up GUI for Galacticraft not working.

Description of Problem:

In Tekkit main, i created a world in creative mode, tried to press "R" in order to equip oxygen tanks , and parachute but the GUI doesn't pop up, it just makes a clicking sound and nothing happens.

you don't need oxygen tanks in creative, and everything in that inventory is now in the normal survival inventory.
