I have a big problem whenever I try to install optifine for tekkit lite, I go into the modpack.jar file delete the META-INF file like I'm told to do install the file then boot up tekkit lite and I just get a white screen! I think the minecraft forum for optifine said something about this too, but I can't find it anywhere. First, check if you have the right version of optifine for your minecraft client. If that is correct, then try a different edition of optifine. You can install optifine just fine into tekkit lite, I have it installed myself.
