I'm not that great with computers, but I thought I read enough to attempt to put the patcher on my tekkitlite thing.

I failed horribly.

The launcher pretty much freezes up upon telling me it's launching.

I'm trying to figure out how to unistall and reinstall it all, and I was wondering if there's an easier way to get HD nonsense onto the launcher in general? The opifine confused me, so if anyone has an easy to understand explanation of it, it'd be appreciated.

Not a platform issue. Try cafe lame for a more skilled audience. Here you'll just get guys like me who only know how modpacks work.

File a bug report. Putting anything technic/tekkit related in cafe lame is grounds for free warning points.

I guess I should clarify: Asking for help in pagoda and cafe lame is free warning points. Discussion about relevant topics in each is okay. The logical flowchart should be:

"Am I asking for help on broken things? If yes, bug report!"

"If no, is it relevant to Technic/Tekkit/Platform? If yes, Pagoda!"

"If no, Cafe!"

Then feel free to add more information to what you did! All you've given us so far was:

...which to me isn't very descriptive and doesn't sound like a mod. More info is always better, but if it is a specific error you are trying to resolve the bug reports are always more tailored to individual needs.
