Can't Download Tekkit

Description of Problem:

When I try to download Tekkit through the TechnicLauncher I get an error and it won't load.

Error Messages:

Error downloading from the following pack: Tekkit

Failed to download https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.5.1/1.5.1.jar

Please consult the mod pack author.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried all the modpacks and get the same message.

Disable your firewall and antivirus and try again.
