Most people do not have the greatest computers to run Optifine on the new tekkit, if possible can you add it, or maybe can i add it directly to the files to have it. if someone can link me a video, it would be extremely nice.

The mod author decided not to allow optifine in modpacks because MESSAGE REDACTED.

you can add it yourself pretty easily though. I believe it's just drag and drop into modpack.jar.

Many custom packs have it preinstalled. Look around.
